Flat Roof Replacement on a Tile Roof Home in Marina Del Rey

Homes near the coast deal with a specific set of roofing problems. Salt air, UV exposure, and the occasional marine layer sitting on your roof for hours, it adds up. Flat roof sections take the worst of it because water has nowhere to go if the membrane is compromised.
