Most homeowners don't think about their roof until there's a problem. A leak, water stains on the ceiling, or a neighbor mentioning the shingles look rough. By that point, you're already dealing with damage that could've been avoided.

This was a full roof replacement on a single family home in Los Angeles. The property has a wide, low slope layout with multiple roof sections, exactly the kind of job that requires careful planning and proper sequencing to keep everything clean and watertight from edge to edge.

We used architectural asphalt shingles across the entire roof. They hold up well in the LA climate, where you get heat most of the year and occasional heavy rain in winter and spring. Architectural shingles are also thicker than standard three tab shingles, which means better durability and a longer lifespan overall.

From above, you can see how the new dark shingle finish sits evenly across the full roofline no patching, no shortcuts. The whole surface was done in one go, which is the right way to do it. Mixing old and new materials on a roof is a common mistake that leads to mismatched wear and future problems.

Roofing work in a denser neighborhood like this one also comes with its own set of logistics: working around neighboring properties, managing materials on-site, and keeping the job clean. We take that seriously on every job.
